(1) Fabricate heavy structures: - Weight up to 30 Tonnes in single piece (capacity of EOT Crane - 30 tonnes)
(2) Forming and Pressing of heavy plates using 1000 Tonne capacity press.
(3) Heat Treatment Furnace-We are undertaking Stress Relieving, Annealing, Normalizing jobs. Our furnace has been calibrated and certified by Mr. N.S. Ganapathy, Inspection Engineer of M/s. TUV India (P) Ltd., Coimbatore {A unit of RMTUV AG Germany) for Stress Relieving, Annealing and Normalizing for calibrated set temperatures 600° & 920° c. Max. size of job 3200mm dia x 2600mm height Thermo wool insulation with 6 -point temperature recorder, Thermo Couples, Digital temperature control available. Imported Bentone Burner with Diesel oil fuel is used. We have enclosed herewith the copy of calibration certificate for the same.
(4) Plate Rolling : Ours is an Everest Make Plate Rolling Machine and has Robust Steel Fabricated Construction. It can bend/Roll upto 40mm pre-bent Plates up to a Maximum diameter of 5 Meters.
(5) We can also undertake job works for CNC Gas cutting up to 100mm thickness of MS/SS plates of size 2000 x 2000mm.
(6) Sandblasting and painting: We also wish to inform you that we have installed machineries for horizontal boring heavy duty machining etc., as per the detailed list enclosed herewith. We have machining instruments to undertake heavy duty precision machining jobs as per your drawing and specifications. All the machineries and measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated to achieve +0.01 accuracy in boring and heavy duty lathe machining. |

Our factory is located in the outskirts of Coimbatore city, 8 kms away in a major industrial area without much of power disturbances and equipped with 63 KVA Generator set able to run the factory for three shifts without any process interruptions. Our annual turnover is 2.5 crores.
