Kiln Shells / Cooler Shell Assembly We manufacture and export Kiln Shells/Cooler Shell Assembly that are made up of BQ (Boiler quality) plates of 515Gr.70 / IS2002 Gr.2A. These are manufactured & welded using 7018 electrodes. Our range is offered with plate thickness varying from 25mm to 50 mm depending upon the capacity of the plant. The plates are rolled by plate rolling machines of 50mm x 3mtr width and the size of the cooler shell is of 3200 dia x 20mts long. |

The bucket’s surface is hard faced with hard facing electrodes to avoid thinning & deformation of the edges of the buckets during handling of the raw material including clinkers, sand & bolders. |

These are completed with machining operation followed by dynamic balancing. The surface area of the blades and valves are hard faced by depositing hard facing electrodes. |

Send Enquiry Cooler shell assemblies are manufactured and used for mainly cement plants where kiln shells also installed. The diameter of cooler shell various from 2000 dia x 16 thick to 4000 dia x 25 thick out of carbon steel or any other special steels. Rolling, welding, radiography testing, and outer flange and pads machining are the processes involved in these jobs. The erection and commissioning of different length cooler assembly are done by final assembly and welding after alignment for straightening.
