We offer Vacuum Chambers that are used for casting and curing of propellant that are used at various space vehicles. The size of these chambers is 3200 dia x 9 mts long of 15 Tons in weight. The vessel of these chambers is designed as per ASME Sec.VIII div.I.(Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code) with stringent quality standards. Our range is tested for 1.5 KSC for air pressure and 2.5 KSC for vacuum and the tests conducted are 100% radiography and stress relieving is done.

Our range of High Pressure Vessels are fabricated as per ASMC Sec.VIII div.I (Pressure vessel code) under Third party inspection like Lloyds register of shipping, Bureau Veritas ,and TUV etc. these are welded for 100% radiography and are subject to hydraulic pressure test, Dye penetrant test, UT, Radiography test and Halogen leak test. The vessels are manufactured utilizing high grade material such as stainless steel, BQ plates, ASTM A516 Gr.70 plates, IS 2002 Gr.2 A. plates and IS2062 M.S. plates.

Steam Boxes for Vulcanizing is a typical pressure vessel used for vulcanizing tyre. The export quality steam boxes are inspected by Bureau Veritas inspection agency. Our Steam Boxes have been catering to the requirements of Larsen and Turbo LTM, Chennai.
